Terms and conditions

· 1 · Prices include bedrooms, communal areas, cleaning and all taxes. the maximum capacity is clearly defined in each house.

· 2 · During low season, each house may be booked for an adjusted price depending on how many people are staying in the house and the requested time of year. these conditions are subject to availability and can be confirmed at [email protected]

· 3 · During high season (july and august) minimum stay is 7 nights. during low season (september to june) minimum stay is 3 nights. in case a guest would like to stay a shorter period please send your request to [email protected], and we will check if it is possible.

· 4 · The swimming pool at each house has no surveillance. please be aware, that it is the guests’ responsibility to ensure the safety of those who do not know how to swim, especially children.

· 5 · Smoking, is only permitted outside the house with exclusive use of an ashtray. otherwise, there is a high possibility of causing a fire that guests will be responsible for.

· 6 · The usage of the houses is limited to the number of guests specified in the booking conditions, other people from the outside are not allowed in the property unless authorised by ahead of their visit.

· 7 · Guests are responsible for ensuring everything is in the exact same condition as when they arrived.

· 8 · Please be aware guests are subject to extra charges for any non-compliance of our terms and conditions presented above.

· 9 · Any photo or video production for advertisement, propaganda or commercial purposes are strictly forbidden during the stay. photoshoots and media matters must be discussed before booking.

· 10 · Liability disclaimer: folha fácil and house owners, directors, management and employees shall not assume liability for any illness, injury or death to persons visiting the properties nor for any other incident of any nature involving any client(s) while they are on the properties, nor while travelling to or from the properties.  folha fácil lda cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to private property, however it may be caused.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee policy:

• Cancellations 60 days or more* prior to arrival – 30% of total stay retained folha fácil.

• Cancellation 59 to 16 days* prior to arrival – 50% of total stay retained by folha fácil

• Cancellation 15 days* prior to arrival – 100% of total stay retained by folha fácil.

Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification. to cancel a reservation please contact: [email protected]

The refund of any of the percentages written above, can take from 5 to 25 days after the cancelation depending on the bank.

No refunds are given for ‘no show’, vouchers, flight cancellations, delays or departure from the houses early or by any mistake on the booking process.

We reserve the right to modify, alter, or substitute all or any part of our services when reasonably necessary or advisable. should this occur, we agree to provide the best alternative available.

Covid

Guest who planned to stay at our houses and there were prevented from staying because of governamental restrictions due to covid -19 may modify their reservation for a later date without any modification fees (subject to availability and applicable rates and conditions) or request a credit voucher for the full amount of the original booking value for use at a future date, (all at once or over several occasions), within 18 months of the voucher issue date. if, for the same governmental restrictions, our houses are is closed at the date of your stay, or if the folha fácil is not allowed to accommodate the guests based on official orders, you can cancel your reservation free of charge and receive a full refund.
